Why one team makes a difference
Most problems in a house do not live alone. The stain on the bedroom ceiling comes from a broken roof tile. The pool tile coming away comes from a joint that no longer seals. The wall starting to lean comes from water with nowhere to go.
When each trade is a different company, the homeowner ends up refereeing — and the problem stays exactly where it was. We cover the different trades precisely so that does not happen: we look at the whole house, tell you where the cause is, and take on the job of fixing it.

We are based in Loulé. Close enough to come and look at a problem the same day.
Loulé
In Loulé we get everything: from the landlord who needs a flat repainted between tenants to the full refurbishment of a family home in the centre.
Almancil
In Almancil the most frequent request is ongoing villa maintenance — somebody trustworthy who holds a key, calls in regularly, and sorts things out before they grow.
Vilamoura
In Vilamoura we work mainly for holiday-let owners and management companies: deep changeover cleans, painting between seasons and quick repairs before the high season.
Faro
In Faro the bulk of the work is post-construction cleaning in refurbished flats and interior painting between tenants.
Boliqueime
In Boliqueime we are called out mainly for roofs and stonework — cleaning and repairing coverings before the first rains, and building or rebuilding walls.
São Brás de Alportel
In São Brás the most common request is restoring a traditional house: roof, damp and exterior paintwork, almost always together.
Santa Bárbara de Nexe
In Santa Bárbara de Nexe we do a lot of outdoor work — stone, walls, pools and façade maintenance.
How we work
Itemised quotes
Job by job, with materials named. That way you can see where there is room to save without spoiling the result — and what should not be cut.
We hand it over clean
Building work is handed over with the post-construction clean done. It is the same service we provide to others and it would make no sense not to apply it to our own work.
We tell you what is realistic
If a stain is not going to come out, or if patching a roof is throwing money away, we say so before starting. We would rather lose a job than hand over a result that disappoints.
