Linen and Towel Laundry in the Algarve
Bed linen and towels collected, washed, pressed and returned ready to put on.
Washing the bed linen and towels of a holiday let in a domestic machine is one of those calculations rarely done until it is too late. A seven-kilo machine takes one double bed set and little else, needs hours to dry, and ironing a double sheet by hand is half an hour of work per piece.,We collect, wash, dry and press, and return everything folded and ready to go straight on the bed. For anyone with a property on holiday let, this is usually the difference between managing a same-day changeover and not.
What's included
- Collection and delivery — We collect the used linen and deliver the clean, in closed bags identified by property.
- Bed linen — Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and protectors, washed at the temperature each fabric calls for.
- Towelling — Bath, hand and bidet towels and mats, dried in a way that keeps their body.
- Pressing and folding — Everything returned pressed and folded, ready to use without passing through another pair of hands.
- Stain treatment — Stains treated individually before washing, which is while they still come out.
- Replacement sets — The option of rotating with spare sets, so the property is never waiting on the wash.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Under normal circumstances, collection one day and delivery the next. For same-day guest changeovers we agree fixed collection and delivery times in advance — and in those cases the safest arrangement is to keep spare sets in rotation.
How is it charged?
By item or by complete bed set, whichever suits you. For anyone with several properties or regular volume, we work to a price by weight. A single sheet and a double duvet cover are not the same price, so the quote follows knowing what you have.
What if an item is lost or damaged?
The count at collection exists precisely for that. If an item is lost through us, we replace it. If a fabric will not survive the wash indicated on its label, we tell you before washing it.
Do you wash personal clothing?
The service is designed for bed linen and towelling, which is what comes in volume. Personal laundry we handle within the house cleaning or property management service, when agreed.
Do you collect from the property or do I have to drop it off?
We collect and deliver at the property, within our working area, with no additional travel charge.
Do you use strongly perfumed products?
We use a neutral detergent as standard. Many guests are sensitive to fragrance and heavily scented bed linen generates as many complaints as poorly washed linen. If you prefer a perfumed softener, we will use one.
What temperature do you wash bed linen at?
White bed linen and towelling at 60 degrees, which is the temperature that deals with dust mites and most bacteria. Colours and delicate fabrics at 30 or 40. The label decides, and where the label and the desired result are incompatible, we say so before washing.
Does the linen come folded or pressed?
Both: pressed and folded, ready to put on. In a holiday let that is what saves time on the changeover — receiving it unpressed would hand the whole job straight back to you.
How many bed sets should I have per bed?
Three is the number we recommend for anyone letting: one on the bed, one clean in the cupboard and one at the laundry. With two sets, any delay puts the next changeover at risk.
Do you do laundry without the cleaning service?
We do, it is a standalone service. Some clients have their cleaning done by somebody else and give us only the linen.
Need linen and towel laundry?
We will come and look and give you an itemised quote, with no obligation.
