Frequently asked questions
What does the visit and the quote cost?
Nothing. We come and look at the job, measure what is needed and send an itemised quote. There is only a cost if you go ahead.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply the same working day. For the visit, we normally arrange it for the following two or three days, depending on the area and how urgent it is.
Will you give a price over the phone?
We will give ballpark figures for simple, well-defined jobs. For anything else we would rather come and look: a price given blind is either too high to cover the unknowns, or too low and then there are surprises.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, with VAT, on every job.
