Privacy Policy
What data we collect, what it is used for, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who handles your data
The data controller is AllPerfect, of Largo Rotary Internacional, Lote 1, 8100-557 Loulé, Portugal. For any question about your data, write to geral@allperfect.pt or call +351 960 227 949.
What we collect
Only what you give us on the contact form: name, phone number, email, the area the property is in, the service you are looking for and a description of the job. We do not collect sensitive data and we do not ask for anything that is not needed to reply to you.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep the number or address you contacted us from, for the same reason.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare the quote and, if you go ahead with us, carry out and invoice the work. We do not use your details to send you marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell them or pass them to third parties for commercial purposes.
The legal basis is your consent when you contact us, and performance of the contract once you engage us for a job. Invoicing records are kept for the period Portuguese tax law requires.
Who it may be shared with
Only those necessary to provide the service: the trade specialist carrying out part of the work, our accountants for invoicing purposes, and the host where this website is installed. There are no transfers of data outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not proceed are deleted after two years. Data for clients with completed work is kept for the legal retention period for tax records.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for access to the data we hold about you, its correction, its erasure or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing or ask for your data to be ported. Simply write to geral@allperfect.pt — we reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled the matter as we should, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at www.cnpd.pt.
Cookies and visit statistics
This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from, which helps us understand what is useful and what is not. Cookies are placed on your device for that purpose.
No cookies are placed without your permission. On your first visit a notice appears asking you. Until you accept — or if you decline — Analytics runs in a restricted mode: it writes no cookies to your device and stores nothing that would let it recognise you on a later visit. It records only, anonymously and in aggregate, that a visit took place. You can change your mind at any time through the Manage cookies link at the bottom of any page.
These cookies are used solely to count visits. They are not used for advertising, they do not follow you across other sites, and they do not allow you to be identified personally — your IP address is truncated before being recorded.
We use no advertising cookies, no tracking networks, and we do not share this data with third parties for commercial purposes. The controller for this statistical data is Google, under the Google privacy policy.
