Where we work
We are based in Loulé and work in the district and around it. Not covering the whole Algarve is deliberate: we would rather stay close enough to come and look at a problem the same day.
Loulé
Loulé is our base. It is the town where our office is, where the equipment is kept, and where we know the streets well enough to know where a scaffolding van can park without getting in anybody's way.
Our baseAlmancil
Almancil and the golden triangle stretching out to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago is the most demanding place we work — and, for that very reason, the one that keeps our finishing standards where they need to be.
Municipality of LouléVilamoura
Vilamoura is an intensive holiday-letting area, and that changes everything about how you work: here the jobs live around the booking calendar.
Municipality of LouléFaro
Faro is the district capital: more flats than houses, more landlords than resident owners, and jobs done with neighbours above, below and on both sides.
Municipality of FaroBoliqueime
Boliqueime is barrocal country: houses scattered across hillsides, smallholdings with almond and carob trees, and a lot of old building stock that has never been properly touched.
Municipality of LouléSão Brás de Alportel
São Brás is the gateway to the hills: higher, cooler and wetter than the coast — and it is that difference in climate that defines the kind of work we do there.
Municipality of São Brás de AlportelSanta Bárbara de Nexe
Santa Bárbara de Nexe is villa country with a view — halfway up the slope between Faro and the barrocal, where a lot of people built the house they intend to stay in.
Municipality of FaroWhat if my house is outside these areas?
Tell us where it is. Larger jobs make the journey worthwhile and we regularly work in neighbouring villages — Quarteira, Paderne, Alte, Estoi. What we will not do is take on a small job an hour away and then be unable to come back when a finishing touch is needed.
Tell us where the house is
We will come and look at the job, free and with no obligation.
